TestoPilot Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TestoPilot app (the "App"). By creating an account, subscribing to Premium, or simply using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

1. Who we are and what TestoPilot is

TestoPilot is provided by Juma Apps LLC ("we", "us", "Juma Apps" or the "Provider"), a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, at 30 North Gould Street, STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Your protocol. Your diary. Your progress. TestoPilot is a personal diary for adults on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and other treatments prescribed by their doctor. With it you can:

  • record the compounds and protocols your doctor prescribed, and log each application;
  • keep notes on your vials (volume, label concentration, expiry);
  • record lab results, weight and body composition, workouts and daily check-ins;
  • import workouts, weight and habits from Apple Health, Health Connect or Strava, if you choose;
  • set reminders per compound;
  • store progress photos;
  • follow charts and an estimated curve, generate reports (CSV/PDF) and create a shareable image.

Everything the App shows is calculated from what you record. TestoPilot organizes your information — it does not interpret it clinically.

2. TestoPilot does not give medical advice

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

TestoPilot is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, and it does not recommend, suggest, calculate or adjust doses. It never replaces your doctor, your pharmacist or the medication's package insert.

  • The App never proposes, pre-fills from a catalog, calculates or converts a dose. Dose fields only show what you typed from your own prescription. The App does not convert milligrams into millilitres or syringe units.
  • The estimated curve is a mathematical estimate drawn from your own applications and lab results. It is not a lab result and must not be used to adjust a dose.
  • Reference ranges shown next to lab results come from your own lab report; the fields start with typical adult ranges for orientation, which you can edit to match the report. The laboratory's range and your doctor's interpretation always prevail.
  • Charts, milestones, streaks, tips and summaries are general tracking information. They are not a clinical assessment or treatment guidance.
  • You are solely responsible for following the instructions of the professional who prescribed your medication. Any decision to start, continue, change or stop a treatment must be made with a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Nothing in the App is a promise of results. Body composition, lab values and response to treatment vary from person to person.
  • In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (for example, 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom). Do not use the App to seek help in an emergency.

If anything in the App seems to contradict your doctor's guidance, follow your doctor.

3. Who can use the App

To use TestoPilot, you must:

  • be 18 years of age or older;
  • only record treatments prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional or otherwise obtained legally where you live;
  • have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

The App is not intended for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may close it.

4. Your account

You can use the App in three ways:

  • Sign in with Google;
  • Sign in with Apple;
  • Email: a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email address (no password);
  • Continue without an account: an anonymous account, bound to your device until you link it to Google, Apple or email (More → Link account).

There is no email-and-password or email-code sign-in.

Account rules:

  • One account per person. Do not create accounts for others or share yours.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your device and to the Google or Apple account or the email inbox you sign in with secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
  • If you lose access to an unlinked anonymous account (for example, when replacing or resetting your device), your data may not be recoverable. Link the account to a sign-in to protect your history.

Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time inside the App (More → Account → Delete account). If you can no longer open the App, email [email protected] or see https://testopilot.jumaapps.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your records from our servers. Export your data first (CSV/PDF) if you want to keep it.

5. Your data, sync and reminders

Offline first. The App stores your records on your device first. Your records (except photos) are also sent to our cloud servers, and when you sign in to the same account (Google, Apple or email) on another device they are downloaded back to it. An anonymous account that was never linked cannot be recovered on another device. Progress photos stay on your device only and are never uploaded to the cloud, so they are lost if you uninstall the App or lose the device.

Synchronization depends on an internet connection and on the availability of our servers. There may be a delay between a record on your device and its copy in the cloud.

Reminders. Reminders are local notifications generated by your device itself. They depend on your phone's settings — notification permissions, battery optimization, Do Not Disturb, restarts, and more. We cannot guarantee that a notification will be delivered on time, or delivered at all.

You must not rely on the App as your only way of remembering a dose. Keep a backup method, such as your phone's alarm or your doctor's instructions.

6. Free features and TestoPilot Premium

Part of the App is free and part requires the TestoPilot Premium subscription. The features of each plan are also shown in the App before purchase.

  • Free: profile and goals, compounds and protocols, agenda and application log, lab results, weigh-ins and body composition, workouts, daily check-ins, habits, reminders, integrations, progress charts and up to 3 progress photos. History lists and charts show the last 30 days; older records are kept and reappear with Premium.
  • Premium: everything in Free, plus vial tracking, the estimated testosterone curve, PDF reports and CSV export, the shareable story image, body measurements, side-by-side photo comparison, full history and unlimited progress photos.

The subscription screen is displayed by Superwall and purchases are processed by Apple or Google and validated by RevenueCat, on our behalf (see the Privacy Policy).

How the TestoPilot Premium subscription works:

  • Name: TestoPilot Premium.
  • Free trial: a plan may include a free trial in some countries or promotions. When it does, the store shows its length before you confirm; when it doesn't, billing starts at purchase.
  • Length and price: a monthly or yearly subscription. In Brazil the price is R$ 19.90 per month or R$ 129.90 per year. Prices vary by country and store and are always shown in the store before you confirm the purchase.
  • Billing: payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase or, if a free trial applies, at the end of the free trial.
  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • How to cancel: cancellation is done in the store's subscription settings, not inside the App:
    • App Store: Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions;
    • Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Unused free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Restore purchases: if you change devices or reinstall the App, use "Restore purchases" inside the App.
  • Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow each store's policy, and we cannot refund a store purchase directly. To request a refund, use the App Store or Google Play channels.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, your 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase is exercised through the refund channels of the store where you bought it. Consumers in Brazil have a similar 7-day right (article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code), also exercised through the store. Nothing in these Terms reduces those rights.

We may change Premium prices. If we do, the change will be communicated through the store in advance, in line with Apple's and Google's rules, and you will be able to cancel before the new price is charged.

7. Your content and acceptable use

What you record is yours. You own all the data you enter into the App (compounds, applications, lab results, weight, workouts, check-ins, photos, notes, etc.). You grant us only the licence needed to store, sync and display that data for you, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for other purposes without your permission.

Sharing is your call. Reports, exports and images generated by the App are shared at your own initiative and responsibility. Think before sending health data to third parties.

What is not allowed. When using the App, you agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, copy or attempt to extract the App's source code;
  • attempt to access other users' accounts, data or systems;
  • use the App to provide medical or health services to third parties;
  • interfere with the operation of the App or our servers;
  • enter false data or data on behalf of another person.

8. Intellectual property

The App, the TestoPilot brand, its design, illustrations, text and code belong to Juma Apps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your devices in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

Product and service names mentioned in the App — such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava, Garmin and Apple Watch — and any medication brand names you type are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear only to identify the services you connect or the products you record. TestoPilot has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by those companies or any manufacturer.

9. Availability, changes and limitation of liability

How the App is provided. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it stable and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will operate without interruption or error, or that calculations and reminders will always be correct. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to the App. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. If we decide to discontinue the App or an essential feature, we will give reasonable advance notice and keep the ability for you to export your data before shutdown.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • we are not liable for health decisions made based on the App, for doses taken or missed, for decisions based on the estimated curve, for data imported from third-party services, or for reminders that are not delivered;
  • we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure (including progress photos, which exist only on your device), loss of access to an unlinked anonymous account, deletion performed by you, or failures of third parties (stores, cloud providers, operating systems);
  • we are not liable for lost profits or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages;
  • our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

What is not excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Brazil (Consumer Defense Code) or any other country whose law applies to you, or liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Termination

By you. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see section 4). Active subscriptions must be cancelled in the store, as described in section 6.

By us. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, use the App unlawfully, or put other users or the service at risk. Where feasible, we will notify you first and give you the opportunity to export your data. In serious cases or where required by law, suspension may be immediate.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, in the law or in our business. When that happens:

  • we will publish the new version at https://testopilot.jumaapps.com/terms with its update date;
  • we will notify you in the App when the change is significant;
  • continuing to use the App after notice means you accept the new version.

Material changes affecting your subscription (such as the price or content of Premium) follow the App Store and Google Play notice rules, and you will be able to cancel before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the App and delete your account.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

Talk to us first. If you have any problem, write to [email protected]. Most issues are resolved in a few messages, and we commit to responding within a reasonable time.

Consumers in Brazil. For consumers in Brazil, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence. You may also use Procon, the consumidor.gov.br platform and small-claims courts.

Other users. For users outside Brazil, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

No mandatory arbitration. These Terms do not impose arbitration on you and do not take away your right to go to the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Additional terms for iOS users (Apple)

If you use TestoPilot on an Apple device, the following also applies and prevails in case of conflict with the rest of these Terms:

  • Parties. This agreement is between you and Juma Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Licence scope. Your licence to use the App is limited, non-transferable and valid for Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the App Store's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, including access through other accounts associated with yours via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • Maintenance and support. Juma Apps is solely responsible for maintaining and supporting the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support.
  • Warranty. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Juma Apps, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Product claims. Juma Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  • Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the App infringes its intellectual property rights, Juma Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

  • Third-party terms. When using the App, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
  • Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
